This 16′ x 28′ maintenance-free white vinyl pavilion features a pressure-treated wood core wrapped in clean white vinyl, topped with a 6/12 pitch hip roof and tongue-and-groove decking. The structural frame consists of six 6”x6” vinyl-sleeved posts notched to receive heavy-duty 3-ply 2×8 headers, 2×4 rafters, and supportive vinyl arched corner braces. Included in the base price is a complete hardware package with assembly instructions, featuring 8” post bases, powder-coated metal L-post brackets, and cement anchor bolts, though a cupola is excluded.
