The 14′ x 14′ Grand Escape Pavilion is a premium, open-gable timber-frame structure crafted from naturally rot-resistant solid Western Red Cedar. Built for heavy-duty structural performance and a classic aesthetic, it features four massive 8″ x 8″ solid posts elevated on 10″ high post bases to prevent water rot, connected to oversized 6″ x 12″ header beams and elegant curved knee braces. The roof is set to a versatile 7/12 pitch with robust 3″ x 8″ exposed rafters spaced 24″ on center, showcasing a beautiful 1×6 Tongue & Groove ceiling underneath. This specific package includes powder-coated L-brackets, concrete anchor bolts, and an upgraded metal roof (with underlayment and drip edge) in place of standard asphalt shingles
