Project Summary:
This 15′ x 22′ 5½” vinyl pavilion includes a hip roof design, six pressure-treated 6×6 posts wrapped in white low-maintenance vinyl, with matching vinyl sleeves and arched corner braces. The structure features a 3-ply 2×8 vinyl-wrapped header, exposed 2×6 rafters spaced 24” apart, a 6/12 pitch roof, and tongue-and-groove roof decking. Roofing underlayment and drip edge are included, with an upgraded black metal roof. The ceiling is finished with 352 sq. ft. of Sherwin-Williams semi-transparent walnut stain. All necessary hardware, post brackets, and cement anchor bolts are included, along with shop drawings.
