Project Summary:
This 16′ x 30′ Grand Escape Pavilion features a sturdy structure made of rough sawn Western Red Cedar with 8″x8″ posts, 6″x12″ headers, and 3″x8″ rafters. It has a classic 7/12 roof pitch with 1″x6″ tongue & groove roof decking and exposed rafters. The roof comes standard with asphalt shingles but can be upgraded to black standing seam metal roofing. The design includes two 12’ return gables, extra posts as per drawings, and metal powder-coated L brackets for durability. It’s delivered as a DIY kit or built on-site by BYC on a customer-prepared pad, with stamped engineered drawings included.
