Project Summary:
This 24′ x 60′ Grand Escape Pavilion features an open gable A-frame roof with a curved gable, braces, and headers, built using solid hemlock timbers. The structure includes 8″x8″ posts, 6″x12″ header beams (spanning up to 20 ft), and exposed 3″x8″ rafters with 1×6 T&G roof decking on a 7/12 pitch. It includes roofing underlayment, drip edge, powder-coated L brackets, cement anchor bolts, and a 10″ high post base. No posts are included on the 24 ft open side, and the pavilion has no floor or cupola.
