Project Summary:
This 30′ x 60′ Grand Escape Pavilion is made with Douglas Fir timbers and an open gable A-frame roof. It includes eight 8″x8″ posts, large header beams, exposed rafters with tongue-and-groove roof decking, and a 7/12 roof pitch. Roofing materials include underlayment, drip edge, and asphalt shingles. The structure comes with all necessary hardware, metal brackets, cement anchor bolts, and a 10″ post base. It does not include a floor or cupola. Engineered drawings are included. The pavilion can be delivered as a DIY kit or built on-site.
