Project Summary:

This massive 46′ x 104′ open gable pavilion is engineered for strength and scale, making it ideal for large outdoor spaces or commercial applications. Constructed with 24 heavy-duty 7″x7″ notched posts and 3-ply 3″x12″ headers, it features exposed engineered glulam trusses, unfinished tongue-and-groove roof decking, and a 6/12 pitch roof. Designed with long-lasting pressure-treated appearance-grade wood, the structure also includes metal L-brackets, cement anchor bolts, and all assembly hardware. An optional upgrade to a standing seam metal roof adds durability and style.
