My wife and I could not be happier with our pergola and the entire buying and construction experience. Every last detail was addressed. From the day we stopped in to check out the quality of their product to the visit to our home by Adrain to the proposal was a wonderful experience. Watching Adrian and Johnathan construct it and then the finished product which we love was nothing less than what we had hoped for. The compliments from our neighbors only reinforces our delight in the finished product and doing business with Backyard Showcase, they are Excellent.

The Backyard Showcase made my visions of a home office come true. Their professionalism and communication for the duration of the project was top notch. Even after the project was near done and I wanted to make adjustments, they seen them through without hesitation. The quality of construction leaves me with no doubts that this is more then just a shed. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a quality, and well built beautiful shed. We purchased a 12 x 14 Pavilion from Backyard Showcase. We are very pleased with the finished product. Michael and his team were very courteous and professional throughout the process of designing the pavilion and installing it on our new patio. Their prices are very reasonable compared to their competition and their craftsmanship is first rate. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for an outdoor structure.

This company is FANTASTIC to work with. I worked with Michael Zook (Owner) who was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process, even responding to communications on the weekend. We just took delivery of our 12x14' Cedar Pavilion yesterday and Elmer, the delivery driver, was sensational. We had a challenging delivery as we are remodeling our home and he had to back a huge trailer up our driveway alongside of a dumpster, and yet he did it enthusiastically and was able to set the long pallet with our pavilion in the ideal location on our driveway so that it would not block access to parking our cars in our garage. Cannot say enough good things about this company. Service and value are outstanding!

So, I have many, many good things to say about Backyard Showcase. A day before we moved into a new home we had purchased, a tree fell and crushed our 16' screened-in gazebo. After searching the web for a replacement, I found Backyard Showcase, and sent a quick message through their website. Adrian immediately returned my message, and over the course of the next month helped us settle on a replacement that was almost identical to the original. Once Adrian handed it off to his manufacturing and installation team, headed by Jonathan, they did a completely high-quality job of creating and installing our beautiful gazebo replacement. Hat's off to a great place to do business with, and to a very honest and forthright team from sales to installation. Much appreciated. You turned a very difficult situation (losing the original gazebo to tree damage), to a thoroughly satisfying situation of enjoying a high quality replacement. We are very happy with the whole process.
