The staff at BYS were knowledgeable and patient in working through the process of creating a custom pergola. They responded to questions promptly and were very accommodating to the customers scheduling constraints. From initial inquiry, through design and final installation BYS did a great job.

We are an outdoor living specialist. We create outdoor living spaces for high end homes and regular priced homes. Our team does everything from outdoor kitchens, pavilions, pergolas, water features fire pits and fireplaces, hardscapes and landscaping. A lot of our time was spent on the construction end of the project, building the pavilion or pergola…. Then we came in contact with these folks! Our first pavilion that we ordered was scary! We turned over an Important part of our process to someone else! Let me tell you, we were not disappointed.The pavilion was brought in on a trailer. Everything was plastic wrapped to protect it. It was assembled as much as possible and the directions were easy to follow. We had our pavilion completely assembled in a matter of hours!! This simplified our process and allowed us to complete more projects in less time. Thank you for being part of our “team”!! We will be using your company from now on!!
