What an amazing experience, from conception – drawings -changes, to today’s Install, this was an amazing experience.Kore, Steve, Benjiman & Joseph were very impressive from the moment they arrive with TJ driving them. All 5 of those individuals were polite, respectful, hardworking, motivated, knowledgeable, and personable. They could not have done anything better if they tried. They moved in and observed the area, were organized with their unload, site prep and construction to picking up every piece of debris, blowing, and sweeping the patio and leaving the site in pristine condition.We were blessed to have them at our home today and were honored that they took the time to break bread with us for lunch. Kudos to you for utilizing these amazing young men in representing the Backyard Showcase.The Backyard Showcase is the only place to go for your project.Thank you, Michael and Jonathan.Thanks again for this experience and great looking product.

5++ rated excellence in service, superior quality and professional execution has been our experience with the Backyard Showcase!We are so happy that our hardscape contractor, Brian from LDC Hardscape and Design referred us to Michael and Jonathan.Michael was very responsive with the design and contract terms while, Jonathan coordinated the project execution with his team for a vinyl wrapped white pavilion!We are thrilled with the beautiful and very well constructed pavilion. The onsite crew led by Ray with Steve, Joe and Junior were efficient, very professional and skilled in the installation in our backyard.Payment transactions were handled with Marilyn’s guidance and were effortless.We hope to visit the location in the Spring for outdoor furniture as we believe that this is the place for excellent products and workmanship.Thank you, Backyard Showcase - we look forward to enjoying our pavilion!

Meticulous is the one word to describe our experience with Backyard Showcase. From the design to installation, there is a commitment to excellence in customer service, as well as in the material and installation. Since we are local, Mervin personally visited our home and reviewed and made recommendations for the size of our pergola. The pergola changed our outdoor living space into an oasis. After installation, we had a challenging situation in which the siding of our home had to be replaced and the pergola was in the way. Backyard Showcase returned – took the pergola down – stored it safely at their workshop. At their recommendation, the pergola was sanded and stained. After the siding was replaced, Backyard Showcase returned promptly and reinstalled the pergola. It looks like new!! We highly recommend Mervin and Backyard Showcase.Barbara & Joe Kesselring

Hired the backyard showcase for the pergola project for my backyard after a fraud Contractor failed to do so. The cost was much higher than our budget but it is reasonable for what they delivered to us. Very reliable and professional company. They provided their design based on your location for the pergola, Good quality product and professional installation. Michael, Mervin and Jonathan are easy to work with. We are very happy for what they set up for us. Highly recommend this company if you have pergola project.
